Health insurance is expensive for non management staff. No retirement benefits. Company earnings could cover these
I am excited that Kaiser is an option. Pretty standard benefits package overall. Salaried employees get better perks.
Great company perks, holiday parties, employee discounts!
Employee out of pocket cost. Not very good benefits for family members, and company wasn't concerned about benefits over profit?
It's absolutely fantastic how they offer Kaiser for health, a 401k and dental/vision insurance as well. The only downfall is when you pay $450 a month for insurance JUST FOR YOURSELF, not even for other family members!!! It blows how pathetic Crestwood is and how little they care about their employees, even when they lie straight to your face telling you that they actually do care!
There are great perks while working at Crestwood San Diego such as the 401(K) in which they add to your retirement up to 30 %! You also have the ability to become a dialectical behavioral therapist through the company! The people are great to work with and you can get promoted within the company! The upper management are always there for you.
Excellent 401k, sick pay, vacation pay starts immediately, $150 monthly perfect attendance, once a month employee luncheon
An opportunity to help people in the healthcare industry, I assist and work closely with people every day. Families will trust myself with the lives of their loved ones. I'll assist people recovering and healing from serious injuries and diseases, so many people will be appreciative of the consideration and dedication when I perform my duties.
no advancement always staff turnover
Will let you waive benefits for $2 extra an hour.
