Benefits good just to many deductions. Example: If you make 12.00USD and hour and get 80hrs every two weeks, total about 960 gross, after deductions and taxes you will bring home a estimate 650-750.
Review the abysmal PTO policy for new employees before you sign anything. They basically want you to either come to work sick or be FORCED, yes forced, to take time off without pay. I would not suggest working here. Any company that would want its employee's to go without pay only to save the big guys at "Corporate" top dollar. Don't waste your time or just use it as a stepping stone and jump to Huntsville Hospital ASAP. You obviously have no reason to stay. Don't let them fool you with the "Extended Illness Bank" you have to miss two days first and even then, you had to have worked 5 months to have earned those two days paid missed and you wouldn't even have a full day in the EIB. Seriously, go work somewhere that values people and understands people need time off, paid, to be productive and happy.
Time off that is requested. 401k match ,but only 1% then half matched up to 5% only Medical good but pay is high for the basic plan
Health insurance has too much out of pocket expense.
401k savings, blue cross blue shield dental and health insurance, able to use the 401k for a loan if only over 1000 in savings, great discounts to cruises, amusement parks, hotels, etc.
The benefits are pretty typical for a healthcare provider. However, health and dental are significantly cheaper with this company.
