If you are paying back student loans, Crew has a program that gives you $100 per month, tax free on top of whatever you are putting towards your loan. It is basically free money towards getting your loans payed off and is excellent. The Healthcare plans and coverage are also fantastic.
The company is not flexible with scheduling, as promised when applying. You will receive "free" ultimate wash passes every month, however, money is taken out of your paycheck to receive these "free" wash passes

Only had to wait 60 days for my insurance to take effect. The only bad thing about the benefits is waiting a year to contribute to a 401k.
Within my position I do have a flexible schedule. It's nice when my child has extra Dr. appointments.
We get 4 ultimimate Carwashes a paycheck. We get a bonus check each month that is based off of the profit we have as a location. We also get a manager retention bonus check each year, mine is 1,500
