The best is you have the time to take off. The worst is when you have to come back. LOL!
Its ok if you have been with the company for many years because then they really don't care what you do. If you're new I think you get 8 paid days. And the company will manipulate so that if you call in sick, even if you show that you were in the emergency room for 5 days they will take it from you vacation time.
Slightly lower than other employers.
You started out with 3 weeks PTO.
It's nice, you paid for ex amount hours you request to be used for P.T.O.
The program was very flexible and the employee had control over how/when to use it in consultation with management.
Its superb to b part of this organization. They support their team in every possible way
