starting is 14 days PTO with about 10 days of regular paid holidays as well with 1 additional day off each year with Cricut up to 20 PTO days.
Vacation is fairly standard but generously granted, typically even on short notice. More emphasis is placed on getting work done than sitting in the office, however you accomplish that is usually acceptable.
Was offered 2 1/2 weeks vacation, and 3 days sick time. Fairly pleased with the amount of vacation, but wish we had more sick time.
So, yes you do get paid time off (PTO) and the way that works for the employees who are on hourly wages, which I am, is that you accrue certain amount of hours towards the PTO and it is up to the employee on when the employee wants to use the PTO.
