The best is unlimited vacation - which is also the worst. Statistically, unlimited vacation offerings lead to people taking less vacations. It's in your end - make use of it! Health insurance plus visual and dental is very neat as well. I would have loved a volunteer component like volunteer days. The 'fully stocked kitchen' is however poorly stocked.
