Great Benefits Here, Well Done
I am a contract data analyst with a hourly rate of 67$, no benefits. I was searching on indeed and I realized a lot of full-time job cannot make this number. I have baby plan with my husband for 2024 and I understand my current job has no promotion opportunity and maternity leave. BTW, I am 32. Any suggestions would be great appreciated!😔

Great team and culture, a lot of development opportunities
Benefits are skewed towards Europe- where the company is based.
Overall pretty strong benefits package, including insurance at minimal cost for the employee. Some improvements could be made around child care. There is a good employee feedback loop to ensure the overall benefits are adjusted on a regular basis.
Great benefits and care of employees.
Great benefits - hard to find this type of coverage across the industry.
