I like the benefits package that Criteo offers. Healthcare being the most important in my opinion.
Grate package: 401k matching, 4-5 weeks vacation (depends on how long you are in the company) + 10 days of US holidays, up to 8 paid days for sick leave, 4 months of maternity leave
Healthcare fully paid for, without a doubt.
Best: Generous healthcare plan where employee contributes a very low amount compared to other companies. Worst: Vision care provided is EyeMed which is on the low end.
