Pros: Health insurance, 401k that the company matches, paid time off, sick days, floating holidays, commission, bonuses if you aren’t in a commission position. Cons: no unpaid days off, annoying process to get days off, managers and HR are very disorganized about the rules.
Basic benefit package, nothing extraordinary, but at least it was offered. You have to wait the standard 90 day period.
