The best thing is there is a total package of medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching)
Just like the company the benefits are garbage. High deductible.

dental insurance is not adequate for major procedures
Benefits start after 60 days. Kaiser medical adequate. Dental pays very little above normal cleaning, so extensive surgery is largely the cost of the employee.
They match 401k (to a point) and allow you to enroll in dental and health care coverage after 90 days.

Company picnics/socials monthly, 401k with matching contribution, monthly contests, health and dental plans. Vacation time increases as your there longer, Friday massages!
They cover the basics but didn't weren't very comprehensive. Employees had to go thru a probationary period before they were able to enroll.
no company perks, no discounts with anyone else. health insurance is overpriced and very minimal 401k is fair
