Good 401k and PTO policy, but the health insurance premium is too expensive.

I am a Corporate Development Analyst (healthcare M&A) making 110k total comp at 23. A large majority of my team has a banking background besides me. I have intentions to eventually move into the PE/VC world but am concerned about the lack of banking on my resume. I am just as talented as my co-workers. Does anyone have advice on if I should pivot into banking for resume sake?
