“Way too expensive for the quality of coverage. There are several options but they are not worth it. ”
“Sick days, personal days, and vacation cannot be carried over. Lots of regulations around who can get what and when.”
“The company match is very low and not where other health care companies are. It is a quality investment company.”
The health insurance is too expense
Having benefits as a single person the benefits are great!
Cost to employee very high.
The overall benefits package is the worst I have seen in 20+ years in healthcare. Would not be an issue for a single person or have the option to use someone else's insurance. Benefits will not work for a family with health concerns unless you can pay.
Great Provider for Medical Insurance
Best thing is the enrollment process is very easy and there are tons of materials to help you pick the plan that's right for you. Also, appreciate the company matching on the 401K.
Basic healthcare with different options and packages. Not good for big families with pricing for a salary manager. Couldn’t imagine being a frontline employee needing the insurance.
Health Insurance is high, 401k match hardly any
Typical match and vested after a few years. Can make changes easily using online portal.
I worked in Valley Baptist Harlingen and it is by the far the worst place to work. I was pregnant and had a excuse not to do any covid rooms and that's all I got sent everyday. Also they don't care about your health. I got covid from working their and risked my baby's health. Also the managers are rude and disrespectful and will do anything to get you in trouble with the boss.
