They offer a great PTO package, parental leave, there are multiple firm wide holidays and a great work where you want model that allows you to work from where you feel most comfortable

Is getting a base salary of $180-190k achievable at Booz Allen Hamilton or Crowe with about 13 years of experience in technology consulting? I want to move to either of these 2 companies for a better wlb. Edit: should have added more details on my experience. I have worked in public sector healthcare consulting for about 13 years leading technology implementation and strategy work. Also have done a fair bit of PMO work. Have all the usual certifications that help in the public sector.
