4 weeks PTO from the start with 1 roll over week.
Solid 401k (vanguard) 50% match up to 5% , health (anthem), dental (CIGNA), vision plans. HSAs, FSAs, transit FSAs, all available. Around 120 hours or 15 days PTO per year. Nothing too spectacular, but not bad. Meals are not paid for unless during Tax unit's busy season. Only recently did the office get snacks.
Excellent Paid Time Off benefits for seasoned employees - something I will probably never experience at another employer. Average price for medical insurance. 401k match. Bonus structure is average from what I have experienced.
You have plenty of time (PTO) to use. 4 weeks but the first year is pro-rated. You can carry-over 40 hours to the following year. Anything over 40 that is not used will be forfeited.
the best part was the working balance and health insurance and the worst part was the compensation and there was very little bonuses
