I think the health benefits provided by Crowley were top of the line. I really liked how comprehensive they were as an individual (did not have experience with family or spouses being added).

Vacation rolls over each year, sick accrues up to 70 hrs I believe, reimbursement for gym up to $200 per year, reimbursement up to $150 every 2 years for new cell phone, do not pay for employee health benefits and spouse and family are reasonable, education reimbursement
Crowley's benefit package is one of the best in town. They are moving to a preventative based incentive program and given the turn healthcare has taken in our nation, they are adapting in a smart way that puts the employee first.
Its a very generous benefits package across medical, dental, 401k and PTO. One thing I really like is that you can accrue vacation days so if you want to take a long (2 week +) vacation you can save up your days..you don't lose them at the end of each year.
