Best: Immediate Paid Time Off
Mediocre and expensive. Not competitive with other employers in the area.
Expensive health insurance... company could do more to reduce the cost.
Have a lot of opportunities to learn during working time.
The insurnace was very expensive and didn't cover much, and the 401K was excellent in my opinion company matched, 500 yearly bonus and you can keep It all even if you leave before your retirement age, most companies remove what was matched and they didnt.
The benefits package is great
401K match is only 2%, very expensive health plans
High cost, minimal coverage. Lots of old unhealthy people that don't take care of themselves, driving the cost up for everyone else. No profit sharing or bonus potential. Base pay is the only thing that is adequate.
No company perks after two years of employment only get 5 vacation days and 24 hrs of personal time with no sick days and no holiday pay before 90 days of employment
For hourly employees you get no vacation (only 3 personal days) your first year. Insurance used to be good but have gone downhill with the affordable care act.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
