Crown offers outstanding benefits to employee including paid medical insurance, vision, dental and a pharmacy program with no monthly cost for the employee. Family coverage is very reasonable. The Company still offers a Pension plan as well. They also offer 401(k), tuition reimbursement, stock purchase program, vacation, sick days and a strong wellness program including an annual health fair.

PPO insurance is 90/10 coverage with in network drs. Low deductibles, Employee premium is low. Doesn't offer HMO option, Pharmacy mail in is not cheaper.

Best things: FREE paid medical benefits (for employees only, small monthly premium if you add dependents) is almost unheard of nowadays. Plus an onsite gym here in Philadelphia. Good mix of other health/welfare benefits- prescription, vision, dental. Overall an excellent benefits package. Retirement with 401k (with match) and Pension are great. Lots of other "large corporation" benefits too including: life insurance, vacation, tuition reimbursement, EAP, long term/short term disability insurances, flex spending accounts, etc. Worst things:
