Employee discount at other IHG hotels
Best: HSA plan! Worse: With the retention of the hospitality industry the insurance is not the best
Because I was a part time server, I was not offered any benefits. Had i received a job in upper-level management I probably could have gotten some benefits such as 401k, health, life, dental, vision, and vacation time.
Considering the substandard pay scale the company renders they the company should provide a full medical, dental and vision benefits package to the staff at no cost. The availability of the co-pay package is 90 days of continuous employment.
Limited benefits, way too expensive, no 401k, no long term/short term disability and if you leave to have a baby you may not have your job when you return.
A good company to work for just to far for me ... Other then that the people managed the place are amazing
no benefits package available for this position
During three months of work they allowed me and my friend to live in the hotel
I did not find anything that was satisfying with their benefits package. They send you a package in the mail after about a month or 2 of working their but i received it the same day i resigned. The only thing that was nice is that you get Paid vacation and time off as well as holidays.
I had no benefits at all
