Because I was a part time server, I was not offered any benefits. Had i received a job in upper-level management I probably could have gotten some benefits such as 401k, health, life, dental, vision, and vacation time.

Considering the substandard pay scale the company renders they the company should provide a full medical, dental and vision benefits package to the staff at no cost. The availability of the co-pay package is 90 days of continuous employment.
