NO leave. They give you no paid time off unless you have accrued something. They do not include short term disability for pregnancy, they told my coworker that "pregnancy is a choice" meaning it doesn't qualify for STD because you got pregnant and made the choice to. I wish I could give 0 stars. For a hospital and health care agency you think they would care about this stuff. Nope.
Must exhaust sick and vacation time. STD has 30 day elimination period.
