No paid leave for maternity and birth time off. You only get paid for the amount of time you are able to save in order to receive any payments.

Standard 12 week FMLA unpaid, unless you have PTO available to use.

NO leave. They give you no paid time off unless you have accrued something. They do not include short term disability for pregnancy, they told my coworker that "pregnancy is a choice" meaning it doesn't qualify for STD because you got pregnant and made the choice to. I wish I could give 0 stars. For a hospital and health care agency you think they would care about this stuff. Nope.
