12 days vacation which is accrued over time and not usable within the first six months at the company. 4 days of sick time over a year. And because there is no working from home, the time alloted for sick and vacation result in burnout and employees coming into work very, very sick (think pink eye, mononucleosis, etc.)
not bad vacation pretty standard
You get a lot of time straight out the gate. Easy to use vacation time, which expires every year. Sick days roll over which is awesome because I don't use sick days lightly.
They offer standard vacation and PTO, nothing to complain about there
If you can get coverage you will get the average amount of time off which is about 15 to 20 days on average depending on how long you are with the company. To take those days that can be a challenge sometimes.
Vacation pay and paid time off including holidays is very fair. I have no complaints.
Vacation is accrued over time and can be used after working for the company for six months. If the days are not used by the end of your year, they disappear. You will not get credited back for the days you did not use and they do not roll over into the next year. Also it seems like everyone gets mad at you if you want to take more than one day off in a row.
