    The only benefit is that you make your own hours and work from home. The pay is shameful and there is no benefits package

    The company has great benefits and time off is great. After one year you get 4 weeks vacation. Chiropractic coverage is amazing.

    For a Local Childcare Consultant, you work from home, schedule your own hours, and can take up to 21-days off in a row as long as your territory is covered by a colleague. There are no health insurance, vision, 401k, life insurance, etc. offered to consultants. I have heard that the benefits are good for the employees.
