401K, VACATION PAID, floating holidays, healthcare
Insurance out of pocket costs is extremely expensive if you have a family. PTO/Sick leave seems pretty low with no added time until you've been there for 5 years. Maternity Leave is offered, but is unpaid other than a short amount of time on disability payments which are capped at low wages.
I am somewhat disappointed with the bonus program so far (I have been with the company for less than a year so perhaps this review is premature). The base salary seems to be slightly above similar positions elsewhere, though I suspect that is largely governed by what you ask for.
Below Average, over worked, and less paid
Best is 401K match, worst is that vacation is a tad scant.
The benefits have improved as the economy has improved. For example, the 401K match keeps increasing. Overall, I think the benefits are competitive within the industry standard.
Health insurance, PTO, Flex hours, Maternity / Paternity leave, Fruit and coffee, Social hour
Best part of the "benefits" package is that their policy on work hours is very loose. As long as the client is happy, they are happy. Very flexible work environment. Health and 401k are at or below average in my opinion.
