    Normal. But is changes a lot because company doesn't know how to manger their own resources and money. If times are good 401K is good. If times are rough don't expect much.

    Mediocre. They shoot for middle of the road in most things like salary and benefits. I believe for a professional "exempt" (from overtime) employees get nearly 55% match up to 6% of your salary.
