I was not with the company when my children were born, but I think that having maternity and paternity leave is a good thing for any company
6 - 8 weeks paid under disability for FT workers for birth and 2 weeks additional PTO. Fathers receive 2 weeks of PTO and are encouraged to take it. Exempt employees in non-line roles can take as much unpaid time as they need usually. It is up to your manager.

It really needs to be better, but it's average. 6 weeks for normal birth, and 8 weeks for C-Section. Maximum is 12 weeks as allowed by FMLA. They do offer a Mother's room which can be used by employees.
