12 weeks for parental leave for primary care taker and 6 weeks of parental leave for secondary care taker. This is in addition to 6-8 weeks (depending on type of delivery) of short term disability leave mother gets.

6 - 8 weeks paid under disability for FT workers for birth and 2 weeks additional PTO. Fathers receive 2 weeks of PTO and are encouraged to take it. Exempt employees in non-line roles can take as much unpaid time as they need usually. It is up to your manager.
