Good benefits with low cost
No 401k contribution, healthcare was basic but not great (I have relatively light healthcare needs but heard from coworkers who needed prescription meds that the coverage lacked a lot to be desired).
Medical plans could be better
Curalate has fairly standard benefits package including a Roth IRA, medical & dental policies, commuter assistance, flexible vacations, and a relatively nice work from home policy. The only current downside is the fact that the IRA isn't a matching plan.
Unlimited vacations, free snacks, and great happy hours are excellent. Would be nice to have better dental care. Otherwise, overall it's great.
Benefits are adequate but very average. Office has snacks, coffee, other drinks. A breakfast or lunch is catered usually once a week. Flexible work hours \ work from home. 3 weeks PTO is standard. Dental\Medical\Vision exist (but I don't use it.) Recent addition of HDHP\HSA option but with no employer contribution. Pay is low end of market - especially for the talent level. No performance bonuses or equity grants. 401K but no match.
The little everyday things: Healthy (and unhealth) snacks, free drinks/beer, quality coffee, and a good number of free meals. Electric standing desks in the Seattle office. Flexible hours and work from home days. Basics are covered: Medical, Dental, Commuter assistance Roth/Traditional 401K (no match)
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
