CXI adds more benefits each year as the company grows. They ask for employees to give feedback on the benefits that are important to them and try to include those.
Good package for this size company
As a teller, you get a good starting pay. As you finish your first year, you get the opportunity to begin investing in a 401K, and as you move up, you get the opportunity to get more customized forms of compensation, including medical and dental benefits.
Being part time I did not expect any benefits. But they are such a great company that the 401K program is available once you have been with the company for x amount of time. Traffic sometimes sucks but you have to know it is right next to Sea World and can be expected, if you live far from the area.
It is a standard benefits package. PTO, insurance, 401k, etc
The great thing about this company is you get the best exchange rates. During my time at CXI, I traveled to South America and the process of ordering currency was very smooth. Also I did not have to pay any extra fees.
When I worked there they reimbursed for transportation. The management was understanding and chill. One of the best company I worked for.
Part-time employees get a few paid holidays, paid lunch, paid tolls (this is basically $100/month), and a few other perks. 401k plan for 20+ hours a week after 365 days.
The best thing is they pay for travel to and from work. The worst is literally everything else.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
