The match is not a percentage and the vesting is 3 yrs
Cigna Healthcare is good. The out of pocket expennses are not great for families
Good coffee. Okay lunches. Was an intern so not that many benefits.
Unlimited PTO (but not really unlimited because if you take a day off your managers get mad)
Benefits are not good at all.
Benefits at Curvature we’re revised in 2018 and are awesome! Company invested in people, kept the best features from old plans
Benefits are competitive for the industry, actually the new package have more offerings than I was expecting.
The company has unlimited vacation for exempt employees.
Benefits still follow the support yourself plan using an HSA covering basically just your checkups and a high dollar emergency that puts you over single/family deductible. Vacation has changed to unlimited for salaried employees, but you still will need your manager's approval.
At least they offer benefits. The benefits being offered are not very good and they are easily beat somewhere else. They also have a significant disparity of benefits based on were you work. The California team has significantly lower deductibles and pays significantly less for it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
