Terrible if you are getting paid under 100,00 you get only 10 days. If you get above that you have unlimited. Huge gap in benefits.

It’s a Catch-22 because when workers do have a restful experience, it can take them a week or two to get back into a productive groove. All of this has hidden costs associated with it.
