Workers who take paid time off might be trying to rest, relax, or get well, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. They may come to work even more stressed out than when they left. It’s a Catch-22 because when workers do have a restful experience, it can take them a week or two to get back into a productive groove. All of this has hidden costs associated with it.
wish could carry over your PTOs if not you lose it
Very generous PTO policy, unlimited if your base salary is greater than $100k
PTO above a certain salary threshold is unlimited.
Pretty good Vacation and PTO Benefits
18 days PTO, 5 sick, 1 personal holiday
Unlimited PTO for <100k
15 days of PTO starting out is pretty good, but you have to use it or lose it each year. Would be nice to be able to roll over a certain amount.
you have the time, but barely a chance to take the time off.
We did have vacation time off. After being there 5 years, I had 15 days of vacation each year but there was NO Sick Leave so some of that vacation had to used to go to the dentist etc. When I was hurt in an accident, I had to use vacation time to cover my time in the hospital etc.
