A little bit about our benefits: Inkers receive 120 hours of personal leave in their first year. After that, they receive 200 hours and can roll-over unused hours. That’s up to 30 days of paid time off after the first year. We truly believe in the saying “Work Hard, Play Hard!”. Inkers can count on 100% in-network coverage, no in-network deductibles, and low copays with CustomInk covering 99% of team member premiums. We’re talking $3 per paycheck for 100% healthcare coverage, again because taking care of our team is important and the right thing to do. Tons of benefits included in working here! Once you are meeting the sales goals you can work from home once or twice a month, take unpaid winter or summer breaks while keeping your insurance, and additional training in different skills. You get a discount when you order printed items, can order blank items at a much lower price, and can give a discount to your friends and family who order with a bonus to your paycheck when they use it. The office is stocked with free healthy snacks and has a good coffee machine. There is a vending machine for less than healthy snacks and sodas. Once a week there is a snack day for the full office, everything from awesome muffins to a large selection of cereals, and another day lunch is provided by local caterers. Custom Ink offers paid time off for planned events and unplanned that is pretty generous. The only issue is that if you run out, you basically can't be sick again until February when the time off renews or you risk going on a success plan and possible separation. Unpaid days off are not typically offered unless you take an official winter or summer break or if you have a noted medical condition protected by law.
