Lots of company sponsored activites, employee discounts, food delivery services and paid lunches
Vacation - 15 days/year Sick days - 2 days/year Moving Holidays - 2 days/year 401k matching - access to matching contribution after 5 years
Way worse than most tech companies in the area. Insurance premiums tripled between 2018 and 2019. 401k match doesn't kick in until 6 months and it vests over 4 years. Low number of vacation days, holidays. Worst of all is their paternal leave policy. It scales based on your band and your time at the company, but even at its most generous it is not up-to-par with progressive tech companies.
Good vacation days, the 401k program and match are very good. The insurance could be improved.
I came from an employer with horrible health insurance. Cvent has Aetna, which has been absolutely fantastic thus far. I do wish there was a work-from-home policy. They are starting to roll it out so they say. Standard amount of PTO, sick days, holidays.
Great perks in the office but could be more generous with PTO. The medical benefits are above average.
Pretty good perks. Only offers 2 sick days + PTO
Health insurance for singles is cheap and we just implemented a new work from home policy, up to 1 day a week work from home for employees who've been there 1+ years. 401k plan was also improved recently
Cvent has been working hard to improve their benefits package over the last few years and has made some great strides. 401k match is better than middling, health care plan is excellent for a single person, good smattering of misc perks at work, and newly added maternity/paternity benefits are a great addition. Keep up the great work, Cvent HR!!
Pay for married family is not that great. Through Aetna you are down to the co-pay, but some meds that were covered under previous plan you still have to pay for. No HSA available.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
