I was an Intern, so no benfits package
Time off is significant compared to industry standard
Overall competitive package, 3% 401K match. 31 days PTO
Combined time off for entry level is great
Good overall package for family of 4
3 Weeks PTO for new employees, up to 4 weeks with 5 years with the company. 4 Sick days, 2 Floating holidays. 401k match of .50 cents on the dollar up to 6% with a $3500 cap each year. Employer contributions made in annual lump sum around Feb each year, vesting over 5 years starting at 25% at the 2 year mark. Can work from home 1 day per week, after approval from manager. Nice benefit if you live far from the office. 50k life insurance at no cost.
I think the benefits are good for someone who just wants health insurance for herself. If you want it for family or spouse, it is very expensive.
They’re okay if you’re single but don’t get married or have a kid because they’ll suck big time after that.
Its average to be honest. There's nothing special but a-lot of moms work there so I guess thats a good thing.
Horrible, terrible, awful, pointless, frustrating
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
