Benefits are good. Pay about $45 a paycheck for medical, dental, vision for a single person
They offer benefits, but they are very expensive for the limited coverage. Also, since you are paid on a draw instead of base salary, you don't have "paid time off", you just decrease your chances of making a big commission check if you take the day off. When you take time off you just make your low draw amount, which you have to pay back before your commissions are paid to you.
Company culture is excellent! Unlimited time off as long as you are performing. Occasional remote days. Company events are out of this world...and this is coming from someone who doesn't like going to company events. Health Insurance is exceptional as well! Great company to work for!
100 percent paid benefits. Platinum PPO
Unlimited PTO...but if you're not billing you're not getting paid. 401K with discretionary company match. So far they've matched every year around 3%. Discounted company stock, which has done pretty well the past few years. Health insurance is solid for a single person (I believe the HMO costs me around $10/paycheck), but it can get expensive for families. Overall, CyberCoders does offer a solid benefits package.
401k has a solid match and health benefits are good. Vision, medical, dental all included
they have no benefits to speak of. they have a medical plan that they don't match, that costs about $24-30K annually or they have something called "benefits in a card", which covers nothing. even better, if there is a glitch with your timecard being processed, they cancel your benefits and don't tell you. imagine that! going to the emergency room and being denied, going to get your prescription from the pharmacy to find out you owe $500! i don't feel like this company cares anything about it's people.
Every thing about the benefit package at this job was fine. I had no problem with it at all.
Initially it looked really good , lots of food..... Benefits etc. Vacation and time off were really not really defined which I thought odd.
