“Average 401knmatching and options. ”
Benefits are pretty standard for the industry, but they make up for it in salary and support when you need help with filing claims.
Prices are a little on the high side.
Match 100% 401k up to 3 or 4% immediately
Health insurance pricey but that's supposedly on par with everyone else. I've seen health benefits cost at other companies for free or cheaper though.
They take care of most of the deductible.
401k is strong, they have yearly contributions in March. It comes out to about 4.5% match every year. I look at it as free money! The medical is good, not much else you can ask for...companies do not cover medical all the way unless you are a small startup. The PTO is very negotiable here. The benefits guide is clear and concise. $5,000/year in annual training allowance is great. They have code red days also for when the building is closed so you do not need to burn PTO which is a nice benefit. HR is very easy to contact and resolve any issues with benefits about. No operator needed to get through to them, they answer the phone right away!
