    Though it's not a written policy, CEO has a history of granting the week between Christmas & New Years as time off with pay. Being that I came from another start-up that mandated employees were not permitted to take any PTO during 4th quarter, this was a welcome surprise when joining Cyanogen.

    No 401K plan yet. Company keeps delaying it and nobody asks for it. No Work From Home policy. If your manager is your bro, then you work from home. No Maternity leave (paid for only 2 weeks, unpaid for remaining) in place, though you get lot of booze in unnecessary team lunches and executives lunch. No HSA or FSA. No means of tax saving in place. Stock options come with high strike price, so lot of employees on termination do not exercise their options, cutting short their losses.
