The HDHC is fairly standard with other company offerings
Good coverage, incentive plan to be be more active on a daily basis
Each year we have been forced into a worse and worse benefits package. Current high deductible health insurance is just terrible. Cost me so much more and I had very minimal use the last years. Four to five visits to doc costing me a few thousand more than 2016 when I went a few more times.
It's not free but it's reasonable, especially for someone who's active (pay credits are given to those who are proven to be fit)
Option between HSA and traditional plan
Okay. Not bad for Bay Area health rates. Covers almost everything
Health Insurance is adequate, a little expensive on the employee contribution side. Don't know about the company contribution. There are not many plan choices.
They added to the health savings plan each year that you put money into
It's not the cheapest but UHC has good coverage.
The best thing is Cypress offers a pretty good medical plan for a fairly low cost (employee percentage of total cost is fairly low). The worst thing is that like many health insurance plans, only a percentage of what the care provider charges is paid for so you can still have many "surprise" bills you weren't expecting.
