They moved away from PTO to RTO. This allows for more flexibility with management, but there is no storing up hours.
Unlimited vacation policy as per 2017. However, as in most other firms with unlimited vacation policy, this translates to fewer vacations taken by employees because there's always work to do
Unlimited if your boss signs it, some people can get away with it others rarely can take time off and miss out.

Vacation is O.K. except that it doesn't allow accumulation year after year. They also have floating holidays which I found useful since it added more flexibility to which days I want to take off.
After years of service they had awards, 4 year watch, 7 year a better watch $ and time off, 14 year $ and time off, 21 year $ and time off, 28 year $ and time off
Fair and competitive, a good benefit for long time employees.
They eliminated vacation accrual and the ability to cash out. You must use your vacation days for company shutdowns. On the plus side, they do have an incremental vacation increase per years-worked milestones.
Typical vacation plan, time accrued as RTO not PTO
Cypress provides decent time off.
