They have a great selection of health insurance options for the individual but they do not pay any of the family rate, so the cost to insure your spouse or children is very high. They offer 401k and will match up to a percentage of you're contribution. I would say they have very good benefits.

Health Insurance is 100% company paid with a small "participation fee" which was implemented to employees do not just double up on insurance from a spouse. 401K is matched up to 4% of the employee's salary. PTO is earned from day 1 of direct hire. The only downside regarding benefits, PTO is only bumped up once at the one year mark. After that, you can never earn more unless you move up to management (which is a one time bump as well), so longevity is not rewarded.

The benefits are amazing for yourself. Once you start adding family, it gets pricey but the insurance coverage is top of the line and you can chose between different carriers which I like as well, to be able to select the plan right for myself.
