Best thing is you get all of the 401k, vaction and stuff, but have to be full time average 35 but they cut you and dont follow there rules and guides they set. The rates are outrageous.

Use it or lose it vacation policy when you earn vacation time by the quarter. So, for those with 4 weeks vacation you earn your 4th week 9 months into the year and have to use it in the fourth quarter. Depending on your vacation turnover date this can really force you to simply waste a vacation in a undesirable time of the year.
