Fantastic benefits including onsite health & wellness activities, catered lunches, gym memberships, superb health plan, 401K, and corporate memberships to museums around the city. Vacation time is flexible. There are opportunities to attend conferences. Maternity and paternity leave benefits seem on par with industry norms.
Extremely generous vacation policy (no cap) which usually means about 4-5 weeks per year.
the healthcare coverage through Cigna was best we ever had. Amazingly low monthly payment for POS. Even 100% out of network it was cheaper per year than a traditional PPS, and the options were very good.
This is likely the best benefits package I'll ever see: unlimited vacation, great medical/dental/vision insurance, lots of little perks here and there, and generous 401(k) match.
