Excellent health coverage, good 401(k) matching, great perks including CitiBike subsidy. PTO policy has been unevenly applied in the past but got better after they switched to an official allowance.

PPO plan that includes every doctor I've ever wanted for $1/pay period. ($2 with spouse, $3 with family.)
Medical plan is better than nearly everywhere else I've worked. The rank-and-file medical costs $24/year for single people, twice that to add a spouse, and three times for full family.
