Typical benefits you would expect from a sizable corporation
The good: Great health insurance options, once you’ve been there for a year. Premiums are good regardless. 401K contributions are about average. The not as good: Holidays are fewer than at most other companies, although you do get some personal days. Vacation policy is poor relative to most other large companies.
401K Sick Days Most Holidays 2 Personal Days a year - use it or lose it Vacation Days - 10 days for first four years, 15 days for 5+. 8 days may be rolled over
They match 50% of what you put in up to 6%
Health insurance is the best, company offers discounts as long as you keep doing annually free covered checks ups. No only you are working on having a healthier life style, you get a credit on every paycheck. 401K is great! Stock option discount is great also. Plenty time off if you are with the company for over 5 years
Health insurance is awful. High deductible to meet before it covers any actual benefits.
Benefits were awesome, I was so busy and didn't always have adequate back up so I could take advantage of pto and medical.
They give you PTO but you aren't allowed to use it unless you find another employee to cover for you. INSANITY.
Best is the profit sharing and bonuses. Worst: no maternity leave (only FMLA and STD is expensive) and not great insurance until you have been there years. PTO is terrible.
Nothing special. Still nothing special
