3 weeks vacation time and a full week off between Christmas and New Years gives you a nice amount of time off during the year to spend traveling or relaxing.
The only thing that could need some bit of work is the Maternity leave other than that they will give you as many days that you need off & the benefit package is great.
No employer contribution to 401K. Health/Dental is ok, on par with other industries. Decent vacation/PTO time.
They don't match 401k's, but you get a lot of time off.
The best benefits I have had. I just had a child and walked out with a $75 copay after 5 days in the NICU. They are not cheap but totally worth it.
