Had none as a consultant
No benefits for contract workers, though there is potential to convert to part time or full time where the benefit package is better.
Overall good benefits. Love that they still match the 401K contributions. Insurance premiums are fairly high and seem to get higher.
PTO is good, 25% 401k match is good, employee stock ownership is very good. Health benefits are really sub-par. The "Gold" plan is mediocre, and the HSA plans (which the company pushes really hard) are poor, with no better options. Maternity leave policy bad. Fair for paternity leave (2 weeks).
Varied plan options to meet the needs of employees.
The 401K has a generous contribution from the employer of 25% for up to 12% of salary
Its a good benefits package although unsure how it compares with others in the industry.
GYM! METRO! Bagel Fridays! Ice Cream Fridays! I don't know about health.
great health benefits and Stock Ownership Plan.
Benefits pretty much in-line with Federal Government benefits offered to direct employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
