The best thing is the standby flying. You can fly on Delta anywhere, anytime as long as there are seats available. For someone who likes to travel such as myself, this was incredible.
Flight benefits very restricted starting January 1, 2019 - lower standby priority which means more difficult to get on a flight and no more reduced rate travel on other airlines due to the company being sold to Argenbright Holdings. 401K 25% Match - Up to 2%
Benefits suffice, not great, or too bad....
flight benefits on Delta Air Lines (standby and ZED fares on multiple other carriers)
No benefit! Health insurance is the biggest joke it takes your whole paycheck! Wasted 4 yrs of my life in that dump of a company!
Corporate level benefits package is good. The frontline and ramp agent packages are very expensive and undesirable.
It is a good and bad thing. The benefits are good for flying but are not nearly where they should be. You get a bad priority and seniority level and only flights now other benefits for travel..
Time off was difficult to receive and the scheduling was a mess. You cannot shift trade for the first 90 days which is a joke. The benefits are good as you can fly standby for free but if you cannot get the time off to travel or us the benefits then why even have them.
Worse thing about the benefits is I worked so much at the job bearly had any time to fly out anywhere
There are not many perks while being employed by this company. Unless you are apart of the upper management team. I would be lying if I had something good to say about this companies benefit package. The only benefit is the free flights.
