Benefits with this company are flight benefits with Delta airlines and 401k
The only benefit you get from this job is to be able to fly whenever you have off time but you never get to use them because it’s hard to get appetite off since staff is always shorty
Flight Benefits aren’t real. Employee must paid yield fare which could run $250 round trip around the USA but it’s the last standby priority which means actually getting a seat on a flight is impossible. They also report it to the IRS as income. These flight benefits changed in 2019 when the company was sold to Argenbright.
The flight benefits recently changed. The flights are no longer free and you must pay a base rate. They also created an S4 category for flying standby. This makes it nearly impossible to actually get on a flight as you are always bumped to the bottom of the list. It is the equivalent of a buddy pass. I attempted to fly several times and found it to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I actually got stuck for 4 days in La Guardia due to this status. And if you miss a shift due to getting stuck while traveling they will suspend your flight privileges for 90 days.
They suck. When you have to get a prescription and they use every excuse to not pay so you’re paying out of pocket. 401K only matches 3%
The best thing is the standby flying. You can fly on Delta anywhere, anytime as long as there are seats available. For someone who likes to travel such as myself, this was incredible.
Flight benefits very restricted starting January 1, 2019 - lower standby priority which means more difficult to get on a flight and no more reduced rate travel on other airlines due to the company being sold to Argenbright Holdings. 401K 25% Match - Up to 2%

No benefit! Health insurance is the biggest joke it takes your whole paycheck! Wasted 4 yrs of my life in that dump of a company!
