Most companies don't offer anything much in regards to a retirement plan, but this place offers up to 4%, which is common. Again, showing you actually care for your employees goes along way. If you aren't going to offer stock options to your employees then offer a larger percentage in your 401k, and if they do offer stock options, it has never been discussed or communicated to us.
