Very reasonable single coverage
They offer a few different health insurance options such as Kaiser and UnitedHealthcare (2-3 tiers).
The health care benefits could be better or at least, the company can share a higher portion of the monthly premiums. Pleople end up taking the high deduction plan because they cannot afford the other plans, even though they will not use the coverage due to the high deductible.

The best thing about DB Schenker's Health Insurance scheme is that the employee can get him/herself insured from the very first moment after a signed job contract.
Premiums increase every year while coverage either stays the same or gets worse
expensive and many employees choose not to take it
Benefits are average for a larger company, always upping copays
