Strong Healthcare Package, HSA Option, Family Coverage, Company closes for approx 10 days at end of the year, which doesn't count as vacation
Time off was ok as it was clearly not frowned upon.
I like all of it and have had very few issues with the benefits at all.
You rack up point on your credit card. There was no 401k match. You fly out Sunday afternoon and fly home Friday afternoon. Leaving you with only 1 day that you are not doing something work related.
Benefit package is a complete joke, health insurance might as well be ObamaCare as the employee cost is horrific. Minimal vision and dental care is covered and if you have a family then you can forget about seeing a doctor for preventative health, vision or dental care as it is not covered. Vacation is a cruel joke, supposedly you get two weeks but then when you schedule it you are chastised into either changing it or cancelling it and you cannot carry it over year to year. If you need decent benefits this is not the company to look at!
Best part is they the insurance but the quality of the insurance has been dwindling over the past several years.
No requirement to specify a primary care physician. Coverage all over the US.
401k, Paid vacation, good benefits package, travel perks, fast career advancement if you are dedicated and give it your all
Paid health insurance for the employee. Personal days. 2 weeks guaranteed vacation. Beach time.
Medical and Dental are through Aetna, however the rates are crazy, and the deductibles are unreasonable. Pay is decent, if we were working a 9-5. We work 12 hours a day at the job site, and every night there's at least an hour or two of work back at the hotel. You will get little sleep if you are behind, and that's pretty much always. I have logged a few dozen 15+ hour days just trying to keep my head above water. For five days a week, this job is relentless, and you will make an average of like $15.00 an hour.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
