A comprehensive amount of benefits, the kind you might expect from a company as large as Warner Bros. It takes a long time to learn about everything but it's worth it to educate yourself about it all.
Health insurance, 401K, dental insurance, optical insurance, pension, and life insurance.
Excellent health insurance with yearly company contributions to your HSA.
The benefits package is really quite comprehensive in comparison to most companies. DC follows the benefits packages established by Warner Bros.
Vacation days accrue. Employee discounts. A generous allotment of sick days and personal days on top of it. Good 401K program. It's possible the pension plan has been phased out by now, but pensions were a thing recently. Transit reimbursement, medical and tuition reimbursements, pretty much everything you'd like to not have to worry about. Dental, vision, life insurance, etc. The only downside is that the medical plans do seem to change annually, and the basic packages are getting more and more bare bones, no pun intended. But overall, highly competitive benefits.
