Retirement account match up to 12%
Benefits are horrible and the folks in charge do not do a good job at negotiating with their providers. We paid high premiums because we employed a large older workforfce
Pretty good package, benefits are better for unionized workers, new CEO
Benefits are good overall, especially the retirement contribution match; up to 12%.
The medical, vision and dental benefits were great! I had low co-pays and could choose from a wide network of providers. My work site also had a free parking lot, which is a rarity in DC. The only downside is that parking could get iffy with all of the ongoing construction; several parking spaces would often be roped off or otherwise unavailable. I also enjoyed the variety of professional development opportunities, and the tuition assistance helped me pay for my graduate degree. It's important to note that it's tuition assistance, meaning the company pays the money beforehand, which was a HUGE help!
Best benefits around with 100% 401 match vested in 3 years
Didn't really receive any perks since I was an intern, so I can't really comment on it. Did receive complementary food every now and then.
