Health insurance is very competitively priced. They match 1/2 a percentage up to 6% (so 3% total match) in your 401K. Health programs to promote healthy eating and lifestyle.
All of the core benefits such as 401-K match (50%), health benefits and PTO accrual are very fair and are within market standards. The best thing is the options you get issued if you are a certain level within the company.
Best- Insurance does not go up much each year. Worst- Insurance keeps going up each year.
They have wonderful policies for flex time, maternity/paternity leave, Great PTO packages. Problem is... if you used/ asked to use them, you were either told no or strongly discouraged.
