401k 5-year vesting, health insurance is free paid by company's monthly health insurance stipend, start with 13 PTO days to use for vacation or sick days, gain more days as you stay longer.
Free heath insurance for me that has a really low deductible. I'd probably have to list the culture as a top benefit too.
Medical insurance is affordable for a family. Single insurance is great and practically free if you choose the right plan. Dental is also very affordable.
