It was the same as pretty much anywhere else. Medical/Dental, sick pay/vacation pay, 401k, etc.
The benefit package is very expensive, and the free package is just trash! Hope they can improve the benefit package.
The entire thing is horrible. The health packages are a complete joke. I think you pay about $100 a month.

The company didn't have mixed PTO/Sick Day. They would subtract from your PTO if you had to take time off. PTO was accrued pretty slowly. They offered you medical/dental, no vision package. They had multiple trainings on the benefits packages. 401K and they would match based on how many years you stayed with the company
OK so the benefit for eyes is good. health,dental and disability is awful. You have to pay so much for so little. And as an associate or team lead you do not get short term disability unless you sign up for it as the time you are hired. If not you will never be eligible for it
Many people tried to apply their PTO, application form could be disappeared.
They match 401k input up to 3%. Part time workers get no paid vacations or benefits, but they still offer the 401k matching.
