Pension plans was discontinued back in 2010.
The benefits are good. Better than other companies.
Defined benefits pension plan for employees. They closed it off about 5 years ago and went to a defined contribution for new employees. Existing employees were able to keep a generous pension plan.
Fairly comprehensive package and believed to be on the more generous side.
Health insurance coverage available equates to platinum and gold level coverage through insurance exchanges. Up to a 7% match on retirement contributions. Generous vacation accrual - 3 weeks for new employees and then increases after 4 and 9 years with company. Able to cash out vacation time when you reach the max accrual rates.
